“Came down from Maine for a wedding… kind of a whirlwind trip. This was the perfect little spot to lay my head - not too far from the church or even Rochester for that matter. Nice and clean. Warm heat and hot water. Private back porch/entrance. Got breakfast twice from The Edge at Lugia’s right down the road - food was EXCELLENT (Egg Benedict Sammie w/dipping hollandaise was terrific). ”

“Quite neighborhood, deer came into back yard several times a day. Great location only minutes from Erie canal, Rochester and SeaBreeze Amusement Park. Approximately 1 hour drive to Niagara Falls, worth the trip.”
